Chris has been involved with Hope Teams since 2008.  His first involvement was helping with their annual fundraisers and then went on a mission trip to Kenya in 2010.  He subsequently went to Kenya 2 other times.  In 2015 Chris went on his first trip to Honduras and has gone back 6 more times.  As the husband of director, Cindy Larvick, he has many roles at HTI such as the IT person, heavy lifter, proofreader, encourager and many more.  By day Chris is a Project Coordinator at a construction company in the Bay area.  Chris is involved in leadership roles at his church including leading the Young Adult Group.  Chris joined the HTI board in 2018.  

Victoria has supported Hope Teams for many years.  She has been to Honduras 6 times and has been the Christmas Team champion for 5 years.  Victoria joined the HTI board in 2014 and greatly enjoys working as a team to be the hands and feet of Christ in a hurting world.  Victoria is active in her local church and has been married for 40 years and has three grown children.
