Kristina took on the role of Executive Director of Hope Teams in October of 2024. She joined Hope Teams as the Development Director in April of 2022. She has a passion for kids both locally and in Honduras. Kristina has led teams to Honduras since 2016 and comes to Hope Teams with great experience in short term missions and a love for the country. She leads the youth ministry at her local church and has worked in school finance for the past 19 years. While serving as the Development Director, Kristina has worked to manage, develop and expand the Child Sponsorship program and assisted in many Hope Teams fundraising activities. Olivia Farnsworth, development director
Olivia is a native Oregonian who recently relocated from the eastern side of the state to the Willamette Valley. Having formerly worked in an administrative role in a bilingual environment, she is excited to reinvest those skills in a new direction by partnering with Hope Teams. She was hired as the Development Director in February of 2026 and is grateful to join a team dedicated to supporting the powerful work of our brothers and sisters in other countries… through the help of our many friends and neighbors at home! A lover of Jesus, music, fountain pens, and weird cats, Olivia currently resides near Pedee, Oregon, with her uncle, aunt, seven cousins, and a colorful assortment of farm animals.

Cindy Larvick, Volunteer Bookkeeper
Cindy currently serves as our volunteer bookkeeper for Hope Teams. Prior to her current volunteer role, Cindy served as the Executive Director of Hope Teams for over 10 years., as a volunteered for a number of years prior to that, and participated and led three teams to Kenya. She has great compassion for the children in our projects and the people who work with them. Cindy spent 42 years in banking and has board experience in other non-profits and leadership roles in her church.
